- The Kinzie Growth Committee advocates for business friendly zoning and maximum investment in area infrastructure and capital

- The CAPS Committee  works with 13th District Police and community stakeholders to enhance safety in the corridor

The Loan Committee is responsible for reviewing and making recommendations on all loan applications and is comprised of professionals with extensive experience in the domestic and international community economic development fields

The Member Services Committee works to increase membership in ICNC and maximize value of membership to area companies

The Nominations  Committee recommends board candidates to the Board of Directors/Membership and oversees organizational policy, by-laws and other governance issues

The Buildings Committee oversees the operations of ICNC and KIDC’s Small Business Incubator – the Fulton-Carroll Center. The Finance Committee oversees the financial management and financial stability of ICNC and KIDC – both Buildings and Programs
