
Come May 28, the current cohort of Impact Culinary Training students will have spent eight weeks mastering knife skills, learning essential cooking techniques, and acquiring certifications all in preparation for their final test: a real meal service with real customers.
As their first paying customer, you’ll watch these aspiring chefs run a professional kitchen, execute a multi-course meal service, and gain confidence before stepping into paid internships at some of Chicago’s top restaurants.
Your ticket does more than cover a meal – it removes financial barriers, funds licenses, and gives Impact students the stability to focus on moving forward.
